Direct answer: your UID is a 9-digit unique number identifying your Binance account. Step 1: Log in to Binance on the Web

Open the Binance Official Site and log in with your email or phone number.

Step 2: Click Your Avatar in the Top-Right Corner

After logging in, look at the top-right corner — that's your avatar (a default gray circle if you haven't set one). Hover over it and a dropdown menu appears.
