FAQ
The fundamental questions newcomers ask most often.
Is BabianLab the official Binance website?
No. BabianLab is an independent third-party Binance hands-on notes site with no affiliation, agency, or partnership with Binance. All actual trading should be done on the official Binance website or app.
Why write 'hands-on notes' instead of an official tutorial?
Official tutorials only tell you 'what you should do', but most people get stuck on 'errors during real operation'. We document concrete error codes, timeouts, bank risk-control reactions, and KYC rejection reasons that you won't find in official docs. →
Can the steps in your notes still be reproduced?
We try to mark a 'last retested' time at the top of each note. The Binance UI changes roughly every 2-3 months, so we revisit notes regularly and update obsolete steps. The 'Updated' date at the top is the most recent retest date.
Why have an Error Manual section?
Because Binance's official error messages often just say 'something went wrong, please try again', leaving no way to tell whether it's a network, KYC, or bank-side issue. We list the real cause behind each error code so you can address the actual problem. →
Do C2C notes recommend specific merchants?
No. We only document 'how to pick a merchant' and 'what to do when you meet a bad one'. When placing an order, you still need to check the merchant's order count, rating, and response time at that moment.
Does this site promote any referral codes?
There is no invitation-code text on this site. The 'Visit Binance' and 'Download Binance App' buttons go directly to the destination — newcomers can click without memorizing any code.
